Boosting female representation in the majority of sectors, including finance and tech, has been high on the agenda for the past decade. One of the great things about emerging sectors is that they attract people from all walks of life and give plenty of opportunities for everyone. There’s still a lot to be done in more traditional fields, unfortunately, as they are quite male-dominated. However, with time and effort, we are certain that the tendency will shift as well.
